Reject Request
When a request to transfer a Member is sent, the recipient Club's Recorder(s) will receive an email notification.
The Club Recorder is responsible to Accepting or Rejecting the transfer.
The incoming request will be listed on the Transfers page.
To reject the request, select the item from the list and select the Reject button.
If Reject is selected, the Recorder will be prompted to enter a reason for rejecting the request.
This would usually only be done in the event that the Recorder believes the request was sent in error (eg wrong Member).
This information will be returned to the original Club Recorder via email.
