The Records menu option simply opens a screen that will allow you to view all of the records on file, from club records to national records.
You have the option of manually adding in new records at your set permission level - i.e. club recorders can edit club records, whilst state recorders can also edit state records.
If you select the appropriate record viewing options from the dropdown lists, you can then right-click on the record list and select New Record. You can also right-click on an existing entry (or double-click on an entry) to edit the existing record.
This screen allows you to enter the details of the new (or existing) record.
If you have made changes to records, don't forget to press the OK button on the records screen, or else your changes will be lost.
