The Unprocessed Awards page is used to find Awards and Classifications that members have earns, in a given year, that have not yet been awarded.


Unprocessed Awards

Click on the [Awards] button to begin.

A dialog will be presented to allow selection of the year to process.

Note: Only the last 4 years are available for selection.


Click the [Process] button to begin



The amount of time this takes varies based on the number of members, and the total number of shoots those members have participated in for the year selected.

Most clubs will process in 20-30 seconds, but larger clubs may take longer, due to the volume of information that needs to be processed.


Once the processing completes, all of the outstanding awards that Members have earned, but not been awarded are presented


The Awards can then be selected and processed as "Previously Claimed", "Mark Pending" or "Mark Issued"
